Detectives of Truth Kids Camp

Detectives of Truth is a 5-day kids camp designed to help children discover that the Christian faith is true and trustworthy. Throughout the week, campers will become “Truth Detectives” as they investigate big questions about God, the Bible, and Jesus through fun activities like STEM experiments, team games, secret codes, and engaging Bible teaching.
Our goal is for kids to leave camp confident in their faith and excited about learning from the Bible.

June 29 – July 3
Camp runs Monday through Friday.

What time does camp start and end each day?
Camp runs from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily.
Check-in: Begins at 8:30 AM
Pick-up: Begins at 3:00 PM

Camp will take place on our church campus.
Check-in and lunch will take place in the FLC Gym, with activities happening throughout the campus including classrooms, the gym, and outdoor areas.

Camp costs $125 for the first child. 
Early Bird Special last until April 30th– $100 per camper
This includes:
• Camp T-shirt
• Lunch each day
• Daily snacks
• STEM experiment materials
• Kids store prizes and rewards
• All camp activities

Is there a sibling discount?
Yes!
Families registering multiple children receive a sibling discount.
• First child – $125
• Second child – $115
• Third child – $105

What ages can attend?
Camp is open to children entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

Each day campers will participate in:
• Small group devotion and prayer time
• Secret code and detective challenges
• High-energy outdoor games
• STEM experiments and evidence labs
• Worship and Bible teaching
• Team competitions and prizes
Every day focuses on a new “case file” that helps kids explore an important truth about the Christian faith.

Campers should bring:

• A refillable water bottle
• Comfortable clothes for outdoor games (extra set of clothes)
• Towel
• Closed-toe shoes for activities
•  Tithe/Offering & Bible
  All other materials will be provided.

If your child has food allergies, please indicate this on the registration form.

Yes. Camp includes outdoor games and activities.
Please dress children in comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for running and active play.

Yes! Parents are invited to join us each afternoon for a special camp service at 2:00 PM.
During this time kids will participate in:
• Worship
• Bible teaching
• Prayer time
This is a wonderful opportunity to see what your child is learning throughout the week.

Registration will close on June 15th, or earlier if all camp spots are filled.
Spots are limited, so we encourage families to register early.

What if my child needs to miss a day?
We understand that schedules can change. Children are welcome to attend the days they are able to participate.
Please note that camp registration fees are fixed and non-refundable, as supplies and materials are purchased in advance.

Each camper will be assigned to a small group with trained group leaders.

All volunteers follow our church safety and child protection policies along with background checks.
