9:30 OPEN TO ALL GULF COAST KIDS 

• Make sure your kiddo(s) select their beverage and morning snack before classroom arrival. 

• A parent/guardian (18+) is required to check-in and drop off at the appropriate age location. Your kiddo(s) will wear the name tag portion while you hold the security code. Once your kiddo(s) is in the classroom, they will remain.

10:00AM DURING EXPERIENCE 

• In the event that we need your presence during our experiences, your kiddo(s) security number will be paged via text message. NOTE: you will need your matching security code at that time. 

• Present your code(s) to a safety team member for entry into the children's wing.

• Present your security code(s) to a classroom teacher, the numbers must match for your kiddo(s) to be released.

AFTER EXPERIENCE

• After the worship experience is complete, a parent/guardian (18+) must present your code(s) to a safety team member for entry. 

• Present your security code(s) to a classroom teacher, the numbers must match for your kiddo(s) to be released.

• NOTE: If you have more than one kiddo, keep your security code(s) with you. 

New Family  

The parent/guardian name and phone number must match on the child's sticker and classroom rooster.

Regular Attenders

If the parent/guardian is unfamiliar, check the person's ID to confirm they are an active part of the household or listed as a trusted person in Planning Center.

Yes!  All children's environments are secure with doors locked once our worship experience begins.  We also have dedicated safety team members protecting all areas of our church!
